Grand and best place :). The hotel is really beautiful, located outside from the instanbul city chaos, it’s grand and lovely decor. Breakfast was lovely continental spread. Iyada and cagla was lovely person who helped us with our check out request. Overall the best place :) would love to come again:). .

Do not book this place.. Nothing. Worst location possible in the middle of nowhere 1 hour away from Istanbul on a good day …horrendous staff smelly rooms terrible breakfast.
Every possible charge is added on zero options for food snacks etc or public transportation other than the massively over priced hotel food tiny portions for very low quality food.
Very rude breakfast staff.
Hotel constantly attempting to add extra fees even to use the pool room cleaned once in 5 days worst hotel stay ever generally unpleasant and dirty.
Rooms not as advertised no kitchen facilities or sofa bed with the suites as advertised just a dirty old kettle and one bed for a family. Definitely not 5 star lucky if even a 3 star hotel in any other country. Dirty smelly noisy construction being carried out along obviously some form of sewerage leak within the walls and the staff were pulling walls apart attempting to find it should have closed that floor. Hotel situated in the middle of a very busy noisy motor way with no options for transport or consideration for guests or tourists..

Elite world- best view and place to stay. We had a wonderful time in the hotel. Ilaysa was wonderful and helped accomodate all our requests. Visit this hotel in Istanbul. Cagla at reception was very helpful in meeting our needs for the trip as well. Buffett breakfast was also good and lots of options. We tried there pasta for dinner and it was good. Overall a wonderful experience.. .

Nice hotel in the arse end of nowhere. It’s quite a nice hotel and staff were friendly. It’s so far from anything. It’s ~1 hr cab ride to get anywhere interesting and took us 3 hours to get from the airport when we arrived. Istanbul traffic is no joke..
