BAD SERVICE. Never known service to be so bad!! I’ve come to Dubai for many years 30+ times and never had this kind of service definitely won’t be returning…. 1 bar stafff at a very very busy pool area so you have to wait so long for a drink buffet at lunch is very bad only a very small amount to choose from and not hot food. .

Unforgettable Desert Experience – Highly Recommended! Our experience with the Buggy ride, Safari adventure, and Camp din. Our experience with the Buggy ride, Safari adventure, and Camp dinner was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! The entire day was filled with excitement, incredible scenery, and great hospitality. A big thank you to Abdel Mohamed from Mayra Tours, who helped set everything up for us. He was extremely helpful and insightful during the booking process, answering all our questions and making sure we chose the perfect experience for our group. His professionalism and knowledge really gave us confidence and made the planning effortless. The Buggy experience was a thrilling ride through the dunes – full of adrenaline and fun. The Safari ride offered stunning views and an authentic feel of the desert landscape. We ended the day with a beautiful camp dinner under the stars, enjoying delicious food, live entertainment, and a relaxing atmosphere. If you're thinking about doing a desert tour – go for it! It was an unforgettable experience, and Mayra Tours made it all so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!. .

A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement. Overall, my stay at Rose Rayhaan was average. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to shopping centers and public transport. The rooms were clean, and the staff were polite and respectful. However, some services—such as response time to requests and the quality of breakfast—could be improved. Also, considering the price paid, I expected more amenities. If you’re looking for a reasonable option in the city center, this hotel can be suitable, but for a more luxurious experience, you might want to explore other choices. . .

Great stay. Appreciate the hospitality and the wonderful staff of this hotel. The services there are at a very high level, staff smiling and always asking if something is needed. The pool might be maybe bigger, but that is only a detail. We had an excellent stay.. .

Hotel is excellent. Overall, the hotel is excellent. The staff are exceptionally helpful and professional, making the stay very comfortable. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Dubai, opposite the metro station and surrounded by all essential services, with beautiful views of the city’s main landmarks. The restaurant offers good quality food, although it is comparable to other hotels of the same star rating. Parking facilities are convenient and readily available, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I would especially like to thank Mr. Danni at the reception and Chef Gamal at the restaurant for their remarkable service and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and will return in the future. . .
