Concierge suggested we top up 200AED for an entire apartment instead of the studio and early check in as room was ready. Great location, view of Burj Khalifa and waterfall. Didn’t have washing machine soap.

רמת שירות גבוהה מאוד, כל העובדים במלון נותנים שירות עם חיוך ויחס נפלא.
הזמנו חדר עם נוף למזרקות, קיבלנו דירה בקומה 27 עם סלון מרווח מטבח עם כל הציוד, חדר שינה גדול ומרפסת עם נוף מהמם שכל ערב ישבנו בה וצפינו במופע המזרקות.. ארוחת הערב מוגשת לפעמים עם תפריט במקום בופה. ניתן לבחור רק מנה עיקרית אחת, סלט אחד וקינוח אחד
וצריך להמתין הרבה עד שהשף יכין הכל. המנות לא תמיד היו לטעמנו, אבל הצוות ניסה והחליף כל מנה שלא אהבנו ועשה הכל כדי שניהיה מרוצים. במיוחד המלצר רדואן איברהים שדאג לנו..
