Great location, nothing too special. The location of the hotel is very convenient, so if you simply need a place to sleep and launch off to daily activities, it’s great.
We hoped the pool would be a nice cool-off for the kids after hot days sightseeing, but it is small and cold, with purchase of a 5EUR swim cap required. They didn’t use it. The breakfast was the same every day but was quite good and had many options, including for vegetarians. Rooms were small but clean. . .

. We stayed for 7 nights it was perfect from the start as a family of 6 they accommodated our requests with the bed arrangements.
We had breakfast everyday and the menu and variety was really good.
Rooms and beds are just perfect.
Location is perfect loads shops and walking distance to trams, ferry and alsorts of restaurants.
Will definitely stay again.

Disappointed that there was a 10 euro charge per 2 hours in the pool which is excessive, should be included, not flagged up by Hotels.com at time of booking . .

. Most rooms are very small, staff was kind enough to upgrade us after I was ready to go to a different hotel, size is not well described in the booking process.
Have in mind that due to the location all hotels are very small in size, location is walkable to all of old downtown. That was very nice.
Breakfast was really good and staf was nice.. .
