A joke. It was clean. 0 communication by message leaving me stranded at the airport Also my room was not cleaned once whilst I was there yet I’d see the cleaners in the morning cleaning other rooms this made me feel extremely outcasted and uncomfortable.

Was bad had 8 hrs sleep out of 3 days. Breakfast was good staff very nice and helpful however under flight path and every 5 mins all way through night a plane goes over .I actually downloaded a decibel meter and it ranged from 52-60 decibels which is loud ..hardly slept whole 3 nights there asked to be moved was told all rooms like that. The noise of airplanes every 5 mins.

. It's a lovely hotel, breakfast super delicious. Gorgeous pool! They have an amazing sauna, Turkish baths, steam room all for free..I just dint use them, Cus it was so hot hotside I just wanted to cool down. The special touch were the fluffly litle kittnes. 😍. .

. Bonne localisation. La chambre n’était pas assez propre rempli de poussière datant de plusieurs semaine personnel nonchalant à la limite aigris qui n’a pas envie d’être serviable les femmes de ménage ne passe pas le balai pour la plupart ce contante d’un coup de serpillière et puis s’en vont laissant toutes la poussière logé dans la chambre il n’y a pas de jaccuzi ni de salle de sport et puis d’ailleurs le frigo n’était pas fonctionnel nous en avons fait part à la réception sans aucune réponse ni modification de leur part ce qui est inadmissible.

Bien peu faire mieux. La piscine les enfants était content la chambre était grande et confortable la climatisation super. Les femmes de menage ne nettoyer pas la chambre tous les jours beaucoup de poussière il fallait toujours demander un nettoyage mal fait .frigo ne fonctionne pas au début jusqu'à qu'il me le change 2 fois le petit simple toujours la même choses et le bruit des avions tous les jours car proche de l'aéroport.

Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the reservation staff, who were unprofessional and dismissive during our interactions. Additionally, the housekeeping services were lacking. At check-out, I faced difficulties when I was unable to exchange currency for a small item and was disappointed by the lack of assistance from staff. They have refused to pay in Saudi Riyal, the only currency available to me, including their refusal to call a taxi for my urgent departure. Due to these complications, including a flight delay, I have re-paid for new tickets for me and my family. The trip was extremely frustrating. I urge you to ensure that staff are well-trained and approachable in their human communication, knowing to keep you,your hotel, your company well appreciate by others. Thank you for considering my feedback.. .

. . Checked into a dirty room, the pillows had blood stains on them. Whenever we wanted something they took forever to give it to us and we had to ask for the same thing several times. We found a cockroach in the bathroom, but we got an upgrade which is the only thing that happened. The room was not fully cleaned after housekeeping were supposed to clean it. Will never go back to this hotel.
