. I booked this hotel expecting to get a good night’s sleep before a long flight back to the US, but it’s been the exact opposite. On my first night, a loud Turkish wedding went on late into the night—earplugs barely helped. Tonight, as of 00:03, music from another event is still blasting, and staff told me it won’t end until 2:00 AM. Reception didn’t answer multiple calls. The customer service rep claimed they’d call the hotel to stop the music, but nothing happened.
The only “solution” offered by the receptionist was to change my room—completely impractical with six suitcases I need to pack in the morning. There’s been zero accountability or concern for guests who need rest. I’m left exhausted before an early international flight.
If you value peace, quiet, and competent service, look elsewhere.. .

. The hotel is good with the price I paid for. You must have a car to get around since the neighborhood is a bit downgrade. Not walkable for sure. However, I had a car and it was very easy for park and ride. The breakfast buffet is ok or may be substandard. I like it though. . .

Gürültü ve kargaşa - sıfır huzur.. İş gereği geldiğim otelde 4.katta konaklıyorum ve sıfir gurultu olmasi gereken bir saat olan gece 3'de halen gürültü nedeniyle uyuyabilmiş degilim. Otelde disko/eğlence merkezi standartlarini saglamayan bir ortam var ve muzik ve bas gürültüsünden dolayı sıfir uyku ile berbat bir gece geçiriyorum.
Gunduz de çeşitli misafirlerin ve otelin genelindeki hareketlilik nedeniyle otelde aktif bir durum göźlemliyordum. Ancak bu durum gece yarısından itibaren arttı ve resepsiyonu arayip durumu ve rahatsızlığımı iletmeme karşın, "haklisiniz anlıyoruz" gibi ifadeler ile gecistirildi. Saatlerdir müzigin ve gurultunun azalmasini bekleyeel koca bir gece gecti ve ne yazik ki. Sıfır dinlenme ile toplantima gecmek durumunda kalacağım. Bu kadar pervasız bir işletme tarzı olmamalı kanımca. Son dönemde yaşadığım en berbat gece oldu.. .

. Room size average with basic facility and does not meet the expections of 5 star. Taps, shower in the bathroom old and stained. Room walls discoloured and needs attention. Bathroom size small. Refrigerator in the room was not properly cleaned. Breakfast has variety of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Mordan Coshier in the restaurant for making us comfortable. Must try spa and hammam. Gym and swimming pool nice. This hotel is far from the main tourist attractions so not a great option if you are planning to visit asian or european side attractions. . .

Tekrar kalırım. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Ancak 5 yıldızlı otelden beklentimiz daha fazlaydı. Yastıklar çok yüksekti. TV küçük ve eskiydi. Genel olarak oda ekipmanları eskiydi. Restoran çalışanları gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Ön büro çalışanı bizi gördüğüne pek sevinmemiş gibiydi :). .

. Kesinlikle 5-yildiz statusunde bir otel degil. Standart cok kötu, odalar cok bakimsiz ve suratsiz personel calisiyor. Kaba bir mudur, ulu orta ona buna bagiriyor. Elini kolunu sallayan otele giriyor. Kimin girip ciktigi belli degil, ilgili kimse yok. . .
