Second experience. This my second stay here! I have been in this hotel at 2019, we decide to come again 5 years later. The best thing is the staff here, exactly! Theyy all remembered and welcomed me. Started with guestrelations ( amazing women ) untill housekeepers ! Location is good. There are many good restaurants around the hotel, you can take advice from Ms Nihan she knows very well🫡. .

Great location in Istanbul, clean & confortable hotel.. Great location for a hotel, near the port, right next to a mall - very convenient and good neighbourhood. Breakfast is also quite good with a lot of options, fruits, pancakes, fried eggs, cheeses etc.
Staff was very attentive with everything, thank you Melek & Simge at the reception!. Bathroom a bit dated and mini-fridge compressor noise in the room at night.

Exceptional. I liked the attitude of the staff the most, special thanks to Melek, Simge and Mert - always smiling, kind, ready to help.. the pillows - there are 2 pillows, but unfortunately I didn't like either one.
